Please note that as a charity, Innocent Child cannot refund any donation other than payments taken due to an error on Innocent Child.

We also reserve the right to reduce any refund to cover the administrative costs of Innocent Child. The administrative charge is currently set at £2.50 or 6% of the donation, whichever is the higher. This means that donations of less than £2.50 are not refundable.

Requests to refund an online donation must be made within 7 days of the date on which the donation was made so that a refund can be made to the card used to make the donation. We will need you to provide full details of the transaction and provide us with a copy of the email, if any, that was sent to you at the time of the transaction

When we receive your request, we will make the refund to the account that you used for payment. Please be aware that refund processing takes us a few days, but may take several weeks to come through to your account.
